This wedding was especially close to my heart. Julie is not only a dear friend but also a talented wedding photographer herself, which made documenting her day an incredible honor. Their celebration at Stonewood Farms overlooked the serene waters of Alabama, creating the perfect backdrop for a day full of joy and meaning.
What made this wedding even more unforgettable was the way family and heritage were woven throughout the day. Leandro’s family traveled all the way from Brazil to celebrate, bringing a warmth and energy that blended beautifully with Julie’s roots here in Alabama. Every moment — from their heartfelt vows to the joy on the dance floor — felt like a perfect reflection of who they are: grounded, joyful, and surrounded by love.
